The building with its rational and rectangular shape and its 8 floors above grade and full basement is totalling approximately 16.800 s.m. of gross area. The building was part of former Saipem gas company headquarter’s compound in San Donato Milanese. Specifically GLA is in charge of a building upgrade, from feasibility study design, tender phase and construction administration.The aim is to provide the building of renovated public areas, improved infrastructures and architectural upgrade, in full respect of its vocational use for commercial office space.
