With its rational and rectangular shape, its 8 floors above grade and full basement, the building is totalling approximately 16.800 sqm of gross area. Once part of former Saipem gas company headquarter’s compound in San Donato Milanese (Milan).
GLA is in charge of the building’s total upgrading: from feasibility study design, to tender phase and construction administration. The aim is to provide renovated public areas, improved infrastructures and architectural renewal, in full respect of its vocational use for commercial office space.
