GLA is in charge for the complete renovation of an office building located adjacent to the Milan Courthouse, owned by Generali.

While maintaining the main exterior characteristics and aspect, the building will undergo a full renovation of the interior spaces transforming all spaces into residential units of different dimensions. Moreover, a portion of the current usable surface will be relocated from the mezzanine to the attic level allowing for the realization of top of the class penthouses with a view over the nearby Duomo.
