In a roman building standing just 500 meters away from Termini train station, the first Meininger Hotel in Italy was founded.

For the project, GLA was in charge of the interior design of all rooms and common areas. The theme to set the mood of all interior spaces was “Behind the scenes”: a real “off-scene” about all that happened in Rome behind the curtains of Italian movie sets and productions.

We have carried out the roll-out phase of the 121 rooms on six floors, well-equipped with Television, free Wi-Fi and en-suite bathrooms. All public spaces are located on the ground floor and basement, including a lobby, lounge, breakfast area, bar, and a guest kitchen where customers can cook their own meals round the clock.
