GLA has been commissioned to build 35 apartment units in an eight-stories multi-purpose building, located in the historical center of Livorno.
A multi-plan building, situated in Livorno’s city center, by the old dock. It is made up of 8 floors above ground and 1 buried floor, with exits on via Grande, Via Montegrappa and via Fiume.
Its construction is antecedent 1967 and the structure is characterized by frames in reinforced concrete.
The proposal project is implemented through the building restructure of all the immovable units. with the exception for one residence, the civic n° 6 in via Montegrappa. For the latter, GLA had to work on its change of use, from office to residential.
