For the new Gucci Canteen, we defined a rational – yet variegated – use of space. There are different types of seating-arrangements, with accommodation from 2 to 12 people per table for a total capability of 800 employees in 3 lunch shifts. It is a cosy and comfortable cafeteria providing space for a relaxing lunch break, including accommodations in an open air terrace. Great streght of the project is its sustainability: the use of natural light, together with a green insulated roof area, and a high- efficiency conditioning system.
