The project aims to rehabilitate an industrial archaeological site located in the immediate outskirts of the city of Novara for the construction of a campus that will be entirely dedicated to a haute-couture fashion house, a portion of which shall host facilities for the production of sample collections. Manufacturing support and administrative offices will also be accommodated in this new location. The entire campus will be LEED certified.  Great attention was paid in general to ESG issues, both during the design phase and during construction.
