GLA designed and supervised the fit out for ALD which occupied about 1.800 s.m. of offices providing space for about 120 staff. Before our intervention, the environment was characterized by a unfriendly spaces with secluded workplaces and limited natural light. The interior design intervention strategy was to create an open plan area with flexible and adaptable workspaces, improving staff facilities which will actively encourage collaboration and innovation. The end result has been an user friendly environment that is contemporary and energetic.
