Savills IM SGR has appointed Genius Loci Architettura (GLA) for the full refurbishment of Corso Italia 3 building in central Milan, one block away from Piazza Duomo, for a total of 8,000 s.m. of commercial area. Specifically GLA is in charge of the full integrated design services, tender package, contract administration and artistic direction for the entire building which consisting of prime office and retail area.

Genius Loci Architettura (GLA) has been chosen by Dea Capital and China’s Fosun Property to renovate Palazzo Broggi, the former UniCredit headquarters, called Palazzo del Credito Italiano. The redevelopment of Palazzo Broggi, which with its almost 50,000 square meters, made of three interconnected buildings, remains by far the largest building in the Cordusio area,will be an important contributes to redeveloping the center of a Milan. With their experience in heritage buildings, GLA will be working at an international level project of mixed used building (office and retail), respecting the urban landscape and the Milanese culture within a more general process of the enhancement of the historic center”
